Weekly Psychodrama Psychotherapy Group

with Anna Chesner

For those looking to work through current life challenges and issues from the past, and to develop creativity and spontaneity.

This group runs from 7pm to 9pm Wednesday evenings

Venue: 51 Tabernacle Street, EC2A 4AA.

Entry to the group follows an initial assessment session with Anna. You may be encouraged to have a few one to one sessions in preparation for entering the group.

All group members make a commitment of 3 terms minimum to ensure that the group remains stable and provides a suitable trusting environment for deep personal work.

What to expect

The structure of the sessions allows time for talking and reflecting as well as the use of psychodramatic and other creative approaches.

The group provides an opportunity to work through issues from the past; to let go of unhelpful patterns; and to develop appropriate life roles for the present and future. It is a place to experiment with being more fully authentic, creative and spontaneous in an environment of mutual support.

Anna Chesner is a senior trainer and practitioner of psychodrama psychotherapy, a group analyst and dramatherapist. She is registered with the UKCP and HPC.
